Deionized Grape Juice Concentrate

Description

The rectification process removes all juice components except water, glucose and fructose. The obtained juice is transparent in colour and neutral in taste which makes it particularly suitable for sweetening. Only wine grapes (VITIS VINIFERA) are used to produce our concentrates (no table grapes).

Deionized Grape Juice Concentrate is normally produced at 65° brix. Deionized Grape Juice Concentrate at 68° brix is also available upon request.
Rectified Grape Must Concentate obtained with grapes from organic farming is available upon request. For further details please refer to the “Organic Grape Juice Concentrates” section.
